Fall is rapidly approaching and with it comes cooler weather, football, the World Series, and more commercial multifamily real estate investing learning events.
While I love blogging about the merits of apartment investing, there is nothing quite like the live events.
I’ve met so many wonderful doctors across the country and it has been my distinct pleasure to do these events and provide valuable information and access to this asset class.
Wherever I go, I hear similar stories of frustration with the increasing regulatory burdens, loss of autonomy, and the challenges of dealing with hospital administrators, insurance companies, and the electronic medical record.
It’s really tough being a doctor these days and many of them simply feel trapped.
And while most haven’t given up on patient care, they are looking for options that can allow them to cut back and practice medicine on their terms.
I accomplished this by developing stable streams of passive income by investing in apartments.
Unfortunately for me, when I first started in real estate, there wasn’t a website like NestEggRx to guide me around the obstacles. Instead, I had to learn by trial and error and networking.
In those early years, it really was the school of hard knocks.
One of my greatest goals is to help my colleagues avoid the mistakes I made in those early years and get on the fast track to building stable streams of passive income outside of medicine.
With that in mind, I’d like to announce my fall schedule.
I’m in Boston this weekend doing two events on September 17th and 18th. In addition to hosting these two free events, I also get to meet up with a long term reader of NestEggRx and catch a Red Sox – Yankees game at Fenway Park.
October is a busy month.
I’m hosting two free events in Chicago on October 15th and 16th as well as one in Sacramento, California on Sunday October 23rd. At the time of this writing, I have no plans to go to Wrigley Field, but given the fact that the Cubs are a shoo-in for the playoffs, it’s still within the realm of possibility.
The last two events of the year will be in the Phoenix area on November 5th and 6th.
If you live in one of these areas, please remember that seating is limited. I would encourage you to reserve your seat now before it’s too late. Just click this link.
For those of you not in the Boston, Chicago, Sacramento, or Phoenix areas…I’ve got you covered.
I’ve recorded an in-depth webinar entitled Multifamily Real Estate Investing 101 – What Every Doctor Should Know About Investing In Apartments.
It is highly educational and will show you the research and statistics that makes this asset class so compelling. To sign up now, just click this link.
